MERCHANDISE BOUGHT ONLINE:

I want you to LOVE your purchase and are happy to help in any way I can. I can send extra photos and measurements and answer any questions by phone, Instagram or email.

That being said, I know that sometimes things aren’t meant to be. I try my best to accommodate my customers and I am as flexible as possible when it comes to returns depending on the item.

  • If you are not happy with your purchase please email or call me and let
    me know immediately. You can return your items within 7 days of receipt.
  • After I received your return and inspected the item, I will refund you the value of the merchandise minus a 5% restocking fee.
  • You will be responsible for shipping and return shipping costs
  • Damaged Items: Please note that all items must be
    returned in unused and perfect condition. Should you discover a defect
    in your order, please contact me immediately and make sure to provide
    pictures.

MERCHANDISE BOUGHT IN THE SHOP:

I do not have a return policy if you are buying an item in the shop.

All Sales Are FINAL!

I am giving you the opportunity of trying out any rug in your home, for a period of maximal 48 hours. If you do not return the rug within this period, your credit card will be charged.

Since I am pretty much a "One-Woman-Operation", I cannot afford to stray from the above rules.
